Financial Assistance

The MCT Zakat Committee distributes Zakat and Sadaqa donated by the community to those who are in need and are eligible for Zakat. Please fill out the form below and attach the required documents. Incomplete applications or applications without the required documentation will not be processed.

Please note that the “financial” documentation provided will NOT be copied and will be returned after the application is processed. All information and documentation furnished as part of this application will be kept strictly confidential.

Please be aware that it can take one week to process this application after all documentation has been received. Your signature on this application certifies that the information you provide is true and complete.

To apply for assistance, please complete the Zakat form Application , and drop it at the Zakat box available at the Masjid (entrance, left side table).

For those who can support, the Zakat Box is located inside the Masjid in the main prayer area; please donate generously so we can help the needy brothers and sisters in the Community.
