Services Provided

MCT Center provides the following services and programs:

  • Educational Programs:
  • Arabic and Quran classes for adults
  • Daily haith after Ichaa prayer
  • Weekly Halaqa
  • Access to Library

Social Services:

  • Financial assistance for rent, medical, legal, funeral and other emergencies
  • Distribution of Zakat Al-fitr to needy individuals and families
  • Arranging funeral and cemetery services and providing financial assistance
  • Marriage contracts
  • Islamic Will
  • Daily Iftar during Ramadan

Da’wah and Outreach Programs

  • Visitation of Muslim speakers to houses of worship (churches, temples and synagogues)
  • Visiting incarcerated Muslims in metropolitan area jails and prisons
  • Supporting homeless people in the community, Muslims and non-Muslims
  • Weekly Da’wha table at the WebbCenter (ODU campus)

Weekend Islamic School: Al-Iman Islamic School

Weekly Islamic School from 10:00 – 3:00. Quran, Islamic Studies and Arabic
